How do I connect Slack?
Through Slack's official authorization flow. You choose the workspace and the channel York should use. It takes about a minute and you can disconnect any time.
What does York send to my Slack?
Post drafts waiting for approval, your Morning Brief and review reports, and answers to whatever you ask. It is the same York conversation you get in the web app, brought into your channel.
Can I approve posts from Slack?
Yes. Every draft arrives with Approve, Edit, and Open in York. You decide in Slack and York carries out only what you approve.
Will York post anything without me?
No. Slack is where York asks and reports; publishing and scheduling happen only after your confirmation. That rule does not change no matter where you talk to York.
Is the Slack integration free?
Yes. It is included free while York is in beta, alongside the rest of your York team.
