• Uses another person’s name, image, likeness, voice, identity, brand, or content without proper authorization.
• Contains malware, viruses, scripts, or other harmful code.
• Attempts to manipulate engagement, deceive users, or bypass social media platform rules.

We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to review, restrict, remove, disable, or refuse any User Content or account activity that we believe violates these Terms or may harm York AI, users, third parties, or the Service.

To ensure a safe environment, York AI employs systems to detect and restrict prohibited content. We encourage users to report any suspicious or infringing material through our dedicated reporting interface. We reserve the right to take appropriate actions against any Account or User Content involved in violations, including content removal and account termination.

Content Public Visibility

If you choose to make content public, publish content through public channels, submit testimonials, provide case studies, participate in promotional programs, or otherwise authorize York AI to use your content for promotional purposes, you grant York AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the Service.

York AI may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds, credits, or account adjustments in specific circumstances. Providing a refund in one case does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, LAWFUL, ORIGINAL, NON-INFRINGING, BRAND-SAFE, PLATFORM-COMPLIANT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SOCIAL MEDIA RESULT, INCLUDING FOLLOWER GROWTH, ENGAGEMENT RATE, IMPRESSIONS, REACH, SALES, LEADS, CONVERSIONS, REPUTATION IMPROVEMENT, ACCOUNT SAFETY, OR PLATFORM APPROVAL.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, AI MODEL PROVIDERS, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORKS, MESSAGING PLATFORMS, OR ANY ACTIONS THEY TAKE.

YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUTS, SETTINGS, AUTOMATIONS, ACCOUNT CONNECTIONS, PLATFORM RULES, AND PUBLISHED CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YORK AI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO YORK AI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS TO YORK AI.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless York AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Your User Content.
• Any content, message, post, reply, direct message, engagement, or other action generated, approved, published, sent, or performed through your account.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, third-party platform policy, or third-party right.
• Your misuse of the Service or any connected third-party account.
• Your failure to obtain required rights, permissions, consents, or authorizations.
• Any dispute between you and a third party, including a client, customer, follower, platform, agency, contractor, or connected account owner.

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

Changes to the Service
