Run York from WhatsApp. Get your Morning Brief and approve posts on your WhatsApp Business number.
WhatsApp integration for York
Connect WhatsApp Business and York works from there: it sends an approval request to your Business number with each post draft, delivers your Morning Brief and review reports, and answers your questions in the chat, your connected York workspace. Nothing publishes to your social channels until you approve it in WhatsApp.
How it works in WhatsApp
Connect WhatsApp Business
Scan the QR code in York settings to log in. York does not use a separate WhatsApp Business OAuth flow.
Confirm your number
A quick verification connects York to your workspace, no dashboards to open.
Ask York anything
Draft a post, check performance, find something worth replying to. The same conversation as the web app, in the chat.
Approve posts inline
York sends a draft for you to review in that messenger before anything publishes.
Wake up to your Morning Brief
What published, what is waiting on you, and what York suggests next.

Morning. One draft is ready for X and two comments need a look. Here is the draft:
Most brands chase every trend, then discount what does not sell. We do the opposite: statement pieces that earn their place.
Questions, answered.
How do I connect WhatsApp?
Open York settings, choose WhatsApp, and scan the QR code to log in. You can disconnect any time.
What does York send to my WhatsApp?
Post drafts waiting for approval, your Morning Brief and review reports, and answers to whatever you ask. It is your connected York workspace, brought into your chat.
Can I approve posts from WhatsApp?
Yes. Every draft arrives with Approve, Edit, and Open in York. You decide in WhatsApp and York carries out only what you approve.
Will York post anything without me?
No. WhatsApp is where York asks and reports; publishing and scheduling happen only after your confirmation. That rule does not change no matter where you talk to York.
Is the WhatsApp integration free?
Yes. It is included free while York is in beta, alongside the rest of your York team.
Which other messengers can I use?
Slack, Lark, Discord, and Telegram, next to your social channels: X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
